| Easter Seals Camp Horizon is located in Kananaskis country, 45 minutes SW of Calgary, Alberta. The camp offers outdoor programming to youth and adults with disabilities and serious illnesses. Each camp starts on Monday and ends on Saturday morning. Throughout the week the campers participate in challenge courses, arts & crafts, environmental activities, rafting, out trips, swimming and so much more.
Easter Seals Satellite Camp takes place at Camp Gardner, a Scout camp southwest of Calgary. It was founded in the summer of 2003 as a satellite camp to Easter Seals Camp Horizon to expand the programs we offer to children and adults with disabilities. The number of participants per session will vary from 15 30 campers. This site hires approximately 12 summer program staff.

Our programming specialists start at the beginning of May with the remainder of the staff commencing mid-May for staff training. We hire approximately 30 summer program staff.
